If your job is larger than about 60Mb it is probably unsuitable for transmission over the internet. Pack it securely
and include any printed proofs you may have along with required payment. Label your disks and send a written order with instructions
and your contact details. Get our address
here.
Sending files over the internet
Files upto 50Mb are suitable for sending via our upload utility (See below). This is the method we prefer you to use when sending
files over the internet. You may send email attachments if you wish but this is a less reliable system than upload - especially
with large files.

Archive your files
It is always best to archive and compress your files for transmission. If your system doesn't come with the tools to do this you
can download Winzip or Stuffit for free
here.
Our secure online ordering system
We prefer you to use this system if you are ordering any of our standard pricelist items. The system guides you through
placing your order, making online payment and uploading your artwork file. Your job will gain a head start if you
use this system since it is booked in immediately and most of the details are handled automatically.
Place your order here or select "PRICES/ORDERING" from the main menu.
Preparing files for upload
Our upload system is intentionally set to accept only one file per upload. This means that in order to send multiple
files you must create a compressed archive - see above. In this way you can send the whole final artwork folder that you
prepared in step 3 as one file.
If your job is already a single PDF file you can send it as-is.
Our upload facility also handles secure online ordering so you can get everything done at the same time.
