Taking receipt of your printing
Your printing will be despatched via next day carrier as standard. This is a signed for service so there must be
someone at the delivery address you gave when placing your order who is able to accept the consignment. Our carriers
will not leave parcels without a signature.
If you find this difficult to arrange please indicate when placing your order that you wish to be informed on the
day of despatch and we can arrange a delivery day to suit you. Timed deliveries are available at extra cost.
Check your consignment
Please make sure that all the parcels in a consignment have been received and that the contents are undamaged. In the
very unusual event of there being a problem with a delivery please inform us immediately.
If you are expecting several items and something is missing please ensure that you have checked ALL the contents
of each parcel. We often pack more than one job in the same parcel and your missing item may be beneath something else.
Non Delivery
If you are waiting for a delivery that hasn't arrived by 2.00pm please inform us and we will check with our carrier. All
deliveries are usually made before this time and if you really must have your printing on this particular day then this is when you need to
ring us. There is little point in us trying to chase a missing consignment at 5pm when all the drivers are about to finish work.
Our carriers are very efficient and very helpful and they virtually never fail to deliver.
